The Best Sliders

So I decided to conquer making hamburgers for the first time. I got some lean ground beef, added fresh garlic, old bay, and cracked black pepper and molded 4 burgers. I forgot that beef has a tendency to shrink, so they became sliders, delicious nonetheless. I put all 4 on an un-greased frying pan and let them cook for about 7 minutes on each side. I served them on potato rolls with a slice of bacon. melted Colby Jack cheese, and a spoonful of fresh salsa (in place of the tomatoes I was out of). Simple, juicy, and delicious. I will definitely make these again.
